Mike has been a business owner in the Berlin/Ocean Pines community for over 25 years. His reputation in the Construction industry is of the highest regard. He currently sits on the Maryland Home Building Industry Association of Maryland MHBIA- Eastern Shore Division board of directors as the Chairman of the Scholarship committee. He is also a past President and a current member of the Ocean Pines Area Chamber of Commerce and a Current Board member and President elect of the Berlin Chamber of Commerce.

Corey Leggour

Operations Supervisor

Corey joined our team 6 years ago after running a successful construction business of his own for many years and instantly became a valuable member of our company. His vast knowledge of the construction industry and his carpentry background were a perfect fit for our expanding company. Mike needed a right hand man to fill many shoes, and as Operations Supervisor Corey manages to do that very well. Corey handles many of our job sites, subcontractors, and the scheduling of our team. He will also meet with customers to discuss selections, changes and possible new work.

Hank Storm

Team Leader- Carpenter

Hank has been working with us for 5 years now and is a big part of our field operations. Hank has owned his own Carpentry business traveling between Baltimore and the Eastern Shore for many years until he decided not to travel as much. Hank brings many years of field experience, carpentry skills, general construction knowledge, hard work and laughter to our jobsites. His personality is quiet, but that hides the fact that he loves his old school Rock N Roll.

Hank has owned his own Carpentry business traveling between Baltimore and the Eastern Shore for many years until he decided not to travel as much. These Partners have the same work ethic and attention to detail that we have at Poole Contracting, and they are a big reason for our success. We consider all of our Vendors and Sub Contractors a part of our "Team". A Construction company is only as good as the suppliers and people that they work with to create their homes.
