Mike has been a business owner in the Berlin/Ocean Pines community for over 30 years. His reputation in the Construction industry is of the highest regard. He is a past board member the Maryland Home Building Industry Association of Maryland MHBIA- Eastern Shore Division and the Chairman of the Scholarship committee. He is also a past President and a current member of the Ocean Pines Area Chamber of Commerce and a Past President and member of the Berlin Chamber of Commerce.

Corey Leggour

Operations Supervisor

Corey joined our team 10 years ago after running a successful construction business of his own for many years and instantly became a valuable member of our company. His vast knowledge of the construction industry and his carpentry background were a perfect fit for our expanding company. Mike needed a right hand man to fill many shoes, and as Operations Supervisor Corey manages to do that very well. Corey handles many of our job sites, subcontractors, and the scheduling of our team. He will also meet with customers to discuss selections, changes and possible new work.

These Partners have the same work ethic and attention to detail that we have at Poole Contracting, and they are a big reason for our success. We consider all of our Vendors and Sub Contractors a part of our "Team". A Construction company is only as good as the suppliers and people that they work with to create their homes. Punch & Carpentry

Ben has been working with us for over a year now and he is a big part of our field operations. He continues to learn the trade, keeps the jobsites organized and handles all the punch work in our homes. Ben is kind, quiet, works diligently and he is a wonderful member of our team.
